Managing Stress effectively can be very difficult in today’s highly pressured, ever changing, fast paced world. We all know that excessive stress can lead to all manner of diseases as well as personal, social and employment problems… Yet those who need help the most claim they ‘do not have time’ to learn about managing stress and coping with stress. Consequently they eventually end up suffering burn-out or break-down. (Like I did!).
